Terms & Conditions

Contract Duration: Appointments are purely on a contract basis for a period of one (01) year or till the completion of the project, whichever is earlier. The contract is extendable based on satisfactory performance.

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for these senior positions is 62 years as of the closing date.

Resignation & Surety Bond: Selected Project Directors cannot resign before serving for at least one year. Early resignation requires depositing three months' salary in advance or providing a surety bond to serve the project for at least one year.

Termination Notice: In case of poor performance, the contract can be terminated at any time with a one-month advance notice.

Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous institutions must route their applications through the proper channel and provide a departmental NOC.

Ineligibility: Submission of any forged or false documents will lead to immediate disqualification and legal prosecution.

No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid for attending the test or interview.

Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the criteria will be called for the test or interview.
