Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL / PakRe), a public sector enterprise operating under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, is inviting applications from dynamic and qualified fresh graduates for its Management Trainee Officer (MTO) program. As the sole reinsurance company in Pakistan, PRCL provides a premier platform for young talent to gain professional exposure and training in the insurance and financial sector.

Interested male and female candidates from across Pakistan who meet the required educational standards and eligibility criteria are invited to take the written examination conducted by Open Testing Service (OTS).

• Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

  • Total Vacancies: 10 Posts

  • Monthly Stipend: Rs. 70,000/- per month during traineeship

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Fresh graduates with a Master's degree or 4-year Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university/institution in Insurance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science / Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource, or equivalent.

    • Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks OR a minimum CGPA of 2.0 out of 4.0 / 3.0 out of 5.0.

    • OR equivalent professional qualifications such as ACII, CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA, or PIPFA.

  • Age Limit: Maximum 27 years (as on the closing date of the advertisement).

• Skills Required: Computer literacy is mandatory for the MTO position. Candidates with prior experience working in an ERP environment will be given preference.

• Traineeship Period: Appointments will initially be made on a "Trainee" basis for a period of 1 year. Upon successful completion of 1 year and approval from the competent authority, successful trainees may be offered regular employment as Management Associate in accordance with company policy.

• Document Verification: Original educational certificates along with HEC-verified degrees will be required at the time of the interview.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. No Travelling Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid for appearing in the test or interview.

• Disqualification: Any attempt to influence or use political pressure during the recruitment process will result in immediate disqualification of the candidate, regardless of eligibility.

• Rejection of Applications: Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will not be entertained.

2. Fee Payment: Log in to your mobile banking app, select 1-Bill Payment, enter your generated PSID, confirm details, and complete the fee payment.

3. Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of both sides of your Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), educational certificates/degrees, domicile certificate, and other relevant documents on the OTS portal.

4. Keep checking the OTS Applicant Portal on www.ots.org.pk regularly for updates regarding roll number slips, test schedules, and exam results.
