General Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:

• Experience Requirements:

  • Assistant Program Manager HR Skills (PPS-08): Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience in HR Development, project management, or capacity development projects. Preference given to candidates with PSDP/ADP/Government project experience.

  • Research Consultant (PPS-08): Minimum 06 years of professional experience, with at least 04 years managing PSDP programs focused on marketing research, survey reports, data analytics, and strategic management.

  • Assistant Program Officer - HR Skills (PPS-07): Minimum 02 years of overall experience in administration, document management, project management, or capacity development projects.

• Age Limits:

  • Assistant Program Manager & Assistant Program Officer: Maximum 45 years.

  • Research Consultant: Maximum 55 years.
