Terms & Conditions

• Employment Nature:

  • Consultant positions (Sr. No. 01 & 02) are on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, extendable based on performance and business requirement.

  • Support staff positions (Sr. No. 03 to 06) are on daily wages for an initial period of 365 days.

• Posting Location: Selected candidates may be posted in Islamabad or anywhere in Pakistan, including Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan (GB).

• Shortlisting & Selection: Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for the next stage of the recruitment process.

• Disqualification Policy: Any falsely reported information provided in the application, resume, or during tests/interviews will result in immediate cancellation of candidature or contract termination without disciplinary proceedings.

• Allowances: No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview participation.

• Right of Authority: PTA reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process for any or all positions at any stage, or alter the number of vacancies.
