Tenure of Appointment: The position is initially offered on a contract basis for one (01) year. It is extendable subject to satisfactory performance up to a maximum of 03 years, or until reaching the age of 65 years, whichever comes earlier.

Qualification Requirements: Candidates must possess a B.Sc Engineering degree (Electrical) from an HEC recognized university.

Experience Criteria: Applicants must have a minimum of four (04) years of experience serving as a Superintending Engineer / Manager in BPS-19 or above positions (such as Chief Engineers or General Managers).

Age & Eligibility: The maximum age limit is 62 years. Retired WAPDA, DISCOs, or NTDC employees possessing a clean and good service record are highly encouraged to apply.

Regional/Provincial Quota: This vacancy is being filled strictly on an Open Merit basis.

Key Responsibilities: The role involves monitoring monthly transformer repair progress, handling the administration and main store of the Nowshera workshop, maintaining quality control, overseeing material inspection, managing billing/recoveries, and handling the proper disposal of dismantled material.
