Eligibility Criteria

1. Education & Experience

• Qualification: M.B.B.S or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).

• Total Experience: 20 years of service in Public, Private, or Military Hospitals/Institutions.

• Specialized Experience: Minimum of 05 years in Medical Administration.

• Preference: Candidates with 03 or more years of experience as an MS / DMS will be prioritized.

2. Core Competencies

• Ability to lead nationwide medical services and set long-term health policies.

• Strong command over clinical governance, hospital operations, and quality standards.

• Expertise in budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.

• Deep understanding of PMC, DRAP, and PPRA rules.

• Capacity to respond to health emergencies and outbreaks.
