Merit-Based Selection: The selection process will be conducted purely on a merit basis.

Contract Duration: Appointments are strictly contract-based, initially for a period of 12 months. This period is extendable for another 1 year upon satisfactory performance until the completion of the project.

No Regularization: The positions are purely temporary and on a contract basis for a stipulated period; there is absolutely no provision for the roles to be regularized.

Required Documentation: Applications must be thoroughly supported by an updated CV alongside attested copies of the applicant's CNIC, Domicile Certificate, Education Degrees/Certificates, and one recent passport-size photograph.

Incomplete Applications: Applications that are incomplete or missing required documentation will not be entertained.

Posting Location: The selected candidates can be posted anywhere within PCSIR Laboratories across the country.

Test & Interview: Only short-listed candidates will be invited for the subsequent test or interview.

TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the test/interview.
