General Eligibility Criteria

To successfully qualify for the screening phase across these various departments, candidates must collectively satisfy the following baseline parameters:

• Age Bracket: The fundamental age limit for applicants is 18 to 28 years.

• Age Relaxation: The Government of Balochistan provides a general upper age relaxation, extending the maximum age limit up to 43 years for eligible categories.

• Educational Background: Minimum academic qualifications range widely based on the specific job scale, spanning from Literate / Middle / Matric pass (for support staff, cooks, and security guards) up to FA / FSc / Intermediate or relevant Technical Diplomas (for computer operators, clerks, technicians, and rescue staff).

• Technical Certificates & Skills: Professional posts require explicit field certifications, such as a 3-year electrical/mechanical diploma, basic computer application skills, typing speeds of at least 30 w.p.m, or valid LTV/HTV driving licenses with relevant on-field experience.

• Domicile Restrictions: This recruitment drive is explicitly reserved for candidates possessing a valid Domicile of Balochistan Province. Positions are further distributed based on distinct district and zonal quotas across Balochistan.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently serving in public sectors or semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.
