The Punjab Environment and Climate Change Endowment Fund Company (PECCEF Company), under the Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU) of the Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications from eligible candidates domiciled in Punjab Province. High-caliber professionals are required for key executive and managerial positions on a contractual basis to lead environmental initiatives.

List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

• (01) Chief Executive Officer – Relevant Master’s/Professional degree with extensive senior-level executive leadership experience.

• (01) Company Secretary – Qualified Corporate Secretary/Law/Finance graduate with relevant corporate governance experience.

• (01) Chief Financial Officer – Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA/ACCA or Master’s in Finance with extensive financial management experience.

• (01) Chief Internal Auditor – CA/ACCA/CIA or relevant professional accounting degree with senior audit experience.

• (01) General Manager, Programs & Initiatives – Advanced degree in Environmental Sciences/Management with proven program management experience.

• (01) Assistant Manager, Procurement – Relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with specialized experience in public procurement and PPRA rules.

Terms & Conditions

• Domicile: Candidates holding a valid Punjab province domicile are eligible to apply.

• Contract Tenure: All positions are offered purely on a 3-year contract basis.

• Government Servants: Applicants currently working in government service must apply through the proper channel and attach a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC).

• Selection Process: Test/interview dates will be communicated exclusively to shortlisted candidates. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the test/interview.
