Terms & Conditions

• Contract Period: Appointments will be made on a contract basis initially for a period of three (03) years, extendable as per rules and requirement.

• Application Fee: Applicants must deposit a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- into PECTAA Account No. PK32BPUN6580008008600013 (Account Title: PUNJAB EDUCATION CURRICULUM TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT AUTHORITY PECTAA) at any branch of the Bank of Punjab (BOP).

• Proof of Fee: A clear scanned copy of the paid deposit slip must be uploaded with the online application. Applications without proof of fee will be rejected.

• Age Relaxation: Age relaxation as per government policy has already been included in the upper age limits mentioned for each post (Age limit for all posts: 26–45 Years).

• Incomplete Applications: Only complete applications submitted online along with supporting documents before the deadline will be processed. Hard-copy applications submitted via post or hand will not be accepted.

• NOC Requirement: Candidates currently employed in government/semi-government/autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.

• Equivalence Certificate: Candidates possessing foreign degrees/qualifications must attach an Equivalence Certificate issued by the HEC, IBCC, or relevant regulatory forum.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.

• Inclusivity: Individuals having relevant experience with government, semi-government, and autonomous bodies are strongly encouraged to apply.
