The Directorate General, Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) Lahore, has officially announced exciting new career opportunities for qualified, motivated, and competent professionals. As displayed in the advertisement, PERA is inviting applications for managerial positions within its Internal Affairs wing.
Established under the Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act, 2024, PERA aims to streamline regulatory measures and ensure the effective enforcement of special laws across the province. These positions are being offered on a contract basis, initially for a period of 03 years (extendable based on satisfactory performance), under the PERA (Appointment & Conditions of Service for Contractual Employees) Regulations, 2026.

1. Deputy Manager (Internal Affairs)

Required Qualification: Bachelors / HSSC level education in any discipline from an HEC recognized Institution / educational setup.

Experience Criteria:

Minimum 05 years' experience in the Armed Forces, Police, or any other Law Enforcement Agency.

Preference will be given to candidates who possess experience working in premier intelligence organizations within the country.

Salary & Perks: Up to 200,000 PKR + fuel and other benefits as approved by the Authority.

Place of Posting: District Enforcement and Regulatory Boards (DERBs).
2. Assistant Manager (Internal Affairs)

Required Qualification: HSSC level education in any discipline from any educational setup.

Minimum 03 years' experience in the Armed Forces, Police, or any other Law Enforcement Agency.

Salary & Perks: Up to 150,000 PKR + fuel and other benefits as approved by the Authority.
