Eligibility Criteria & Job Details

Both positions are offered on a contract basis for an initial period of 03 years, extendable based on performance.

• Education: Minimum Matriculation from a recognized BISE.

• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) or Armed Forces, including a 6-month specialized training course.

• Physical Standards: Candidates must be physically fit (no physical disabilities). Driving skills are preferred.

• Age Limit: 35 to 50 years.

• Salary Package:

  • Senior Sergeant: Up to Rs. 210,000 (Negotiable).

  • Sergeant: Up to Rs. 175,000 (Negotiable).

• Place of Posting: STRIKE Enforcement Station at PERA HQs, Lahore.
