Vacant Positions and Eligibility

1. Office Attendant

• Education: Minimum Matriculation.

• Age: Minimum 18 Years.

• Responsibilities: Managing office files, delivery/receipt of documents, and assisting officers in official tasks.

2. Office Boy

• Education: Minimum Matriculation.

• Age: Minimum 18 Years.

• Responsibilities: General office work, organizing and protecting files, and other tasks assigned by supervisors.

3. Driver

• Education: Minimum Matriculation.

• Age: Minimum 18 Years.

• Requirements: Experience in driving government vehicles and possession of a valid LTV/HTV Driving License. Must be capable of basic vehicle maintenance.

4. Office Cook

• Education: Must be literate (ability to read and write).

• Age: Minimum 18 Years.

• Requirements: Experience in cooking various types of meals.

5. Office Sweeper

• Education: Must be literate (ability to read and write).

• Age: Minimum 18 Years.

• Responsibilities: Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the office premises.

Terms and Conditions

• Nature of Job: These appointments are purely temporary for 89 days and cannot be used to claim permanent employment or regularization in the future.

• Termination: The department reserves the right to terminate these positions at any time without prior notice.

• Selection Preference: Candidates with relevant work experience will be given preference.

• Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.
