Terms & Conditions

• Contract Duration: Appointments will be made on a contract basis for an initial term of three (03) years.

• Fit & Proper Criteria: Applicants must strictly comply with the Fit and Proper Criteria outlined in the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.

• Citizenship: Candidates must be Pakistani citizens.

• Age Limit: Upper age limit for both positions is 57 years.

• Experience Benchmarks: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management position (BS-19 equivalent in public sector or C-level/C-1 in private sector).

• Foreign Qualifications: Applicants with foreign academic credentials must provide an HEC equivalence certificate.

• Government Employees: Servicing government/civil servants must apply through the proper channel and will be required to resign from their current job if selected.

• Declarations: Applicants must submit a formal declaration on non-judicial stamp paper (attested by an Oath Commissioner) affirming eligibility under applicable laws, alongside two work references and two personal references.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
