Terms & Conditions

Before initiating your application process, candidates must review the eligibility criteria and official rules:

• Domicile Requirement: Applicants must be permanent residents and domicile holders of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

• Provisional Screening: Admission to the ETEA screening test will be strictly provisional based on the information provided online by the candidate. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority later.

• NADRA Verification: It is mandatory for all applicants to verify their CNIC through the NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk after generating the E-Tender slip from the ETEA website. Applications without this verification will not be dynamic or acceptable.

• Separate Applications: Candidates who wish to apply for more than one position must submit a completely separate application form and fee for each post.

• Age Calculation: The calculation and cutoff for the upper and lower age limits will be determined exactly as of 01-01-2026.

• Quota Allocations: Reserved quotas for women, minorities, and disabled persons will be properly adjusted and included in future allocations as per government rules.

• Testing & General Rules: No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the written tests or interviews. Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel by producing an NOC.

How to Apply

The registration process is entirely digital and managed via the ETEA web portal. Follow these guidelines to apply correctly:

1. Online Registration: Visit the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk to create your candidate profile and submit the application online.

2. Fee Payment: Print out the system-generated deposit slip showing your unique token number. Deposit the prescribed, non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa App, an authorized Easypaisa Agent, or any branch of UBL Bank.

3. Receipt Retention: Keep the original deposit slip stamped by the bank or the digital transaction receipt safe with you; do not send hard copies to the ETEA office at this initial stage.

4. Roll Number Slips: Test dates, timings, and venues will be explicitly communicated via SMS, and roll number slips will be made available for download directly on the ETEA website.
