Terms & Conditions

• Governing Rules: The services of selected candidates will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 (as amended) and the rules framed thereunder.

• Provisional Eligibility: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on their online credentials; detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the appointing authority prior to final selection.

• Post-Qualification Experience: Only post-qualification experience properly issued by Administration, Human Resources, or the Establishment department of the institution concerned (with proper reference numbers and issue dates) will be considered valid.

• Age Calculation: Age limits will be calculated as of the closing date of the advertisement. Age relaxation will be admissible as per government rules.

• In-Service Candidates: Applicants currently serving in government or public departments must apply through the proper channel along with a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) specifying their length of service.

• Full-Time Employment: Upon appointment, candidates will become full-time institutional employees and must resign from any other public or private employment.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews following ETEA test qualification.

• Travel Allowance: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the ETEA test or subsequent interview.

• Right of Revision: PIC-MTI reserves the right to increase, decrease, or revoke the recruitment process at any stage with cogent reasons.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official ETEA portal (www.etea.edu.pk) to create or update your profile.

2. Verify your CNIC at any NADRA e-Sahulat franchise before depositing fees.

3. Apply for the desired position online. Candidates applying for multiple posts must submit separate online applications and test fees for each post.

4. Download and print the generated prescribed online deposit slip.

5. Deposit the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa App/Agent or at any UBL Bank branch using the generated deposit slip.

6. Retain the original deposit slip (candidate copy) safely for your record. Do not send physical documents to ETEA.

7. Track your application status and download Roll No. Slips directly from www.etea.edu.pk when notified via SMS by ETEA.
