• Governing Rules: Service of the selected candidates will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Teaching Institution Reforms Act, 2015, including its amendments and institutional regulations.

• Eligibility & Experience: Candidates must be eligible in all respects (degree, diploma, age, and experience). Only post-qualification experience issued by the concerned administration/HR/establishment department with proper references and issuance dates will be considered.

• Age Calculation: Age will be calculated as of the last day of the advertisement deadline. Candidates claiming age relaxation must complete all requirements and due process at the time of application.

• Disqualification Criteria: Applications will be rejected if incomplete (missing job application form, missing/irregular experience certificates, missing degrees), submitted late, or submitted without the processing fee. Perjury in documentation, attempting improper influence, or submitting via email/by-hand will also lead to immediate disqualification.

• Degree Requirement: A valid degree is mandatory; transcripts, DMC, or mark sheets alone will render the application incomplete.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in government organizations must apply through the proper channel along with an NOC. If selected, the candidate must resign from previous employment to become a full-time institutional employee.

• Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.

• Institutional Rights: PIC-MTI reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions or revoke the hiring process at any stage without assigning any reason.
