2	General Manager/Practice Lead (Energy)	16 years' education in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering	12 years post-qualification (7 years managerial)
3	Senior Manager (Business Dev & Communication)	16 years' education in Business/Finance/Mass Comm/PR	At least 10 years relevant experience
4	Senior Manager (Strategy & Reforms)	16 years' education in Accounting/Finance/IT/CS	At least 10 years relevant experience
5	Senior Manager (Procurement)	16 years' education in Business/Supply Chain/Finance/Civil Engineering	At least 10 years relevant experience
7-9	HR / Admin / Accounts Officers	16 years' education in relevant discipline (HRM/Finance/ACCA/CA-Inter)	At least 1 year relevant experience
