The PHA Foundation (PHAF), a State-Owned Enterprise operating under the Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, is seeking applications from highly qualified, proactive, and dynamic professionals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The appointment will be made in accordance with the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023, and the Public Sector Companies (CEO Appointment) Guidelines.

• (01) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Master's degree (16 years) in Urban Planning, Architecture, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or Engineering with 15 years relevant experience; Max Age: 50 years.

Terms & Conditions

• Location & Tenure: The post is based in Islamabad. The initial contract is for 3 years, extendable up to 2 years subject to satisfactory performance evaluation by the Board of Directors.

• Fit & Proper Criteria: Applicants must fulfill the Fit and Proper Criteria specified under Schedule IV of the SOE Act, 2023.

• Affidavit Requirement: A declaration on Rs. 100/- stamp paper verified by an Oath Commissioner (confirming eligibility as per Schedule II of CMU Guidelines) is mandatory to attach with the CV.

• Government Servants: Serving civil servants are eligible provided they submit necessary No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from their parent department.

• Submission Mode: Applications submitted by courier or by hand will NOT be accepted. Only online submissions through NJP are valid.
