 Eligibility Criteria

To ensure your application is considered for the shortlisting process, candidates must collectively satisfy the following minimum requirements:

• Maximum Age Limit: Applicants must be no older than 35 years of age at the time of application.

• Educational Background: A minimum of 16 years of education with a specialized degree in Agriculture or Horticulture from an HEC-recognized university.

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification, agri-based work experience in a relevant corporate, public, or developmental setup.

• Regional Allocation & Quota: Vacancies are distributed based on regional quotas, explicitly reserved for eligible candidates from KPK and Sindh (Urban/Rural).

• Government Servants: Candidates currently working in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations are eligible to apply but must present a formal No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

Testing & Selection Procedure

• Written Test Conductor: The screening examinations will be managed and conducted by IBA Karachi.

• Test Venues: Written tests will take place at designated institutional centers located in Karachi and Peshawar.

• Shortlisting: Only candidates meeting the baseline eligibility marks on the written test will be called forward for group discussions and final interviews. No TA/DA is admissible.

• Application Method: Candidates must apply ONLINE only. Hard copies or physical application forms sent via courier will not be entertained.

• Online Registration Portal: Submit your application digitally through the official IBA portal at https://admissions.iba.edu.pk/phdec_recruitment2026.php.

• Application Processing Fee: Applicants must generate a fee voucher via the portal and deposit a non-refundable, non-transferable test fee of Rs. 1,500/- at any branch of Meezan Bank Limited in the account of IBA Karachi.

• Last Date to Apply: The final deadline to submit the online application and deposit the fee is Monday, 1st June, 2026, by 05:00 PM.
