Terms & Conditions

Before submitting your application, please carefully review the following rules and instructions:

• Screening Test: Candidates applying for Serial Nos. 1 to 14 will be provisionally allowed to sit for the ETEA screening test. A detailed scrutiny of credentials will be conducted by the appointing authority later.

• ETEA Profile Registration: All applicants for Serial Nos. 1 to 14 must create a profile on the official ETEA website and verify their CNIC via a NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk) before applying or depositing fees.

• Government Sector Applicants: Candidates already working in Government or Semi-Government sectors must apply through the proper channel.

• Class-IV Applications (Serial 15 to 19): Candidates applying for the posts of Naib Qasid, Bearer, Cook, Mali, and Sweeper must apply directly to the Office of the Provincial Health Services Academy, Peshawar, instead of ETEA.

• Experience Definition: Only regular, full-time, and paid experience gained after acquiring the minimum prescribed qualifications will be considered valid.

• Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of vacancies with a cogent reason.

How to Apply

Depending on the position you are applying for, follow the specific application process below:

For Serial Nos. 1 to 14 (Online via ETEA):

1. Visit ETEA: Go to the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) website at www.etea.edu.pk.

2. Apply Online: Complete the online application form. Online registration is open starting from July 15, 2026.

3. Fee Submission: Print the system-generated deposit slip (containing your token number, project code, and candidate details) and deposit the prescribed test fee at any UBL branch or through the Easypaisa app. Keep the candidate copy of the deposit slip safe.

4. Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be notified via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll Number Slips from the website.

For Serial Nos. 15 to 19 (Direct Application):

1. Prepare Application: Candidates for these positions must submit physical applications along with attested copies of their academic documents, CNIC, and experience certificates directly to:
