Terms & Conditions

1. Provisional Test & Eligibility: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the Appointing Authority, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.

2. MTI Act Governance: Services of selected candidates will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Teaching Institutions Reform Act, 2015 (including amendments and regulations).

3. Age & Experience Calculation: Age and post-qualification experience will be calculated as of the last day of the advertisement deadline. Only post-qualification experience duly issued by Administration/HR/Establishment departments with proper references and dates will be considered.

4. Forgeries & Rejection: Any candidate submitting forged documentation or attempt to obtain support/influence through improper means will face automatic disqualification. Incomplete applications or submissions with missing degree/diploma certificates will not be entertained.

5. Government Servants: Candidates already serving in government departments must apply through proper channels and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) clearly stating their length of service.

6. Full-Time Employment: Upon appointment, the candidate becomes a full-time, institutional employee and must resign from any other public/private entity prior to joining.

7. Shortlisting & TA/DA: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA is admissible for test/interview.

8. Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be admissible as per Government Rules, provided proper justification and credentials are submitted upon request.

9. Institution Rights: The institution reserves the right to increase, decrease, or revoke the recruitment process at any stage with cogent reasons.

How to Apply

1. Profile & Verification: Candidates must create a profile on the official ETEA portal at www.etea.edu.pk. Before applying or depositing fees, print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get your CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk).

2. Online Application Submission: Apply online for the desired post via www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates intending to apply for more than one position must submit separate applications and separate fees.

3. Fee Deposit Slip: After successful online application submission, print the generated deposit slip containing your token number, project code, and candidate details.

4. Payment Methods: Pay the prescribed non-refundable test fee via EasyPaisa App, EasyPaisa Agent, or any branch of UBL Bank. Keep the original stamped deposit slip (candidate copy) for your record.

5. No Initial Document Mailing: Do not mail hard copies of documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Only test-qualified candidates will be required to submit physical copies for scrutiny.

6. Roll No. Slips: Candidates will be notified via SMS to download and print Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Ensure mobile numbers are not ported/converted to other networks. Test details will be mentioned on the slip; no postal call letters will be issued.
