  • Senior tiers (BS-18 to BS-20) require 3 to 10+ years of documented post-qualification clinical, teaching, or administrative experience in an accredited hospital setup.

• Age Limit Guidelines: Age limits are designated according to the specific job scale, typically starting from 22 to 28 years (plus a general 5-year automatic upper age relaxation up to 33 years) for basic entry posts, extending up to 45 or 50 years for senior medical faculty and specialist positions.

• National Quota System: Seats are allocated strictly based on regional distributions, including Merit, Punjab, Sindh (Urban), Sindh (Rural), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Balochistan, Ex-FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) quotas.
