General Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

To maintain a high standard of professional excellence, PITB has established the following general criteria for all advertised posts:

• Age Limit: The maximum age for all positions is 45 years. Age relaxation will be provided as per the Government of Punjab's prevailing policies.

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Technical/Management Roles: Most positions require 16 years of education (Bachelor's or Master's) in relevant fields such as CS, IT, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance.

  • Support Roles: Positions like Receptionist or Data Processor require 14 years of education.

• Experience Requirements:

  • Entry to Mid-Level: Roles like Assistant Officer or Data Processor require Up to 1 year of experience.

  • Professional Level: Most engineering and analyst roles require 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience.

  • Senior/Managerial Level: High-level positions require 5 to 7 years of specialized experience in their respective domains.

• Location: While the majority of roles are based in Lahore, there are specific openings in Multan, Sialkot, Mandi Bahauddin, and other districts.
