Available Positions

The vacancies are divided across three main project units:

1. Shared Service Unit (SSU)

• Junior Specialist (Finance/Accounts): Requires a Bachelor's (4 years) in Finance/Accounts and 3 years of relevant experience.

• Junior Specialist (E&S): Requires a Master’s in Environmental Sciences/Social Sciences and experience in environmental/social management.

• Junior Specialist (Project Management): Requires a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university and experience in project management.

• Junior Specialist (Communications): Focuses on media/mass communications with a requirement for social media management skills.

• Account Analyst & Assistant Director (Coordination): Focused on financial analysis and inter-departmental coordination.

2. Sindh R&R Policy 2023 & Resettlement Unit

• Director (PPS-10): The senior-most role listed, requiring 10 years of experience in resettlement or social development projects.

• Deputy Director (Resettlement & Social Development): Requires a Master’s in Social Sciences and experience in displacement/rehabilitation issues.

• Assistant Director (Resettlement): Entry-to-mid-level role for social science graduates.

3. Recovery and Reconstruction Unit (RRU-4RF)

• Deputy Director (MIS/IT Expert): Focuses on managing information systems and IT infrastructure.

• Deputy Director (M&E): Responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation of project progress.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Age Limit: Generally up to 35 years for PPS-7 and up to 55 years for PPS-8 to PPS-10.

• Contract Duration: Initially for one (01) year, extendable based on performance and project duration.

• Selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. No TA/DA will be provided.

• Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel (NOC required).
