The Planning & Development Department (P&DD), Government of Sindh, is seeking highly skilled and motivated IT professionals to join its Centralized Data Repository. These positions are offered on a contract basis (initially for one year, extendable based on performance) with market-competitive salaries.

Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

Full Stack Developer (.NET)	01	Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Software Engineering (16 years) with min. 2.5 CGPA. 2–3 years experience in enterprise app development.
Network Administrator	01	Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Network Engineering (16 years) with min. 2.5 CGPA. Min. 2 years experience in WAN/LAN, Routing/Switching, & Firewalls.
Data Scientist / Solution Analyst	01	Bachelor’s in Data Science/CS/Computer Engineering (16 years) with min. 2.5 CGPA. 2–3 years experience in Data Analytics/ML.
Mobile Developer	01	Bachelor’s in CS/Software/IT/Computer Engineering (16 years) with min. 2.5 CGPA. Min. 2 years experience in Android/iOS/Cross-platform.

Key Technical Requirements

• Full Stack Dev: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Angular, React.JS, SQL, and OOP.

• Network Admin: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, Server Virtualization, and Network Security.

• Data Scientist: Python, Predictive Modeling, Power BI, Tableau, and LLM/AI Integration.

• Mobile Dev: React Native, Flutter, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.

 

General Terms & Conditions

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for all positions.

• Domicile: Must be a resident of Sindh Province.

• Contract: 1-year initial contract (extendable).

• Note: Government employees must apply through the Proper Channel. No TA/DA will be provided for interviews.
