List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

• Manager Bulk Carrier Chartering (Max Age: 50 Years): Master Mariner (FG) with 1 year shore experience or Master's Degree with 8 years of relevant commercial/shipping experience

• Incharge / Deputy Manager DPP & CPP (Tanker) (Max Age: 50 Years): Master Mariner (FG) with 1 year tanker experience or Master's Degree with 5 years of relevant tanker shipping/commercial experience.

• Incharge / Deputy Manager (PMO) (Max Age: 55 Years): Bachelor's Degree in Naval Architecture, Shipbuilding, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering with 10 years of professional experience.

• Superintendent Fleet (Max Age: 57 Years): Certificate of Competency Class 1 Deck with minimum 1 year sailing experience as Chief Officer/Master in the last 7 years.

• Superintendent Engineer (Bulk Carrier) (Max Age: 57 Years): Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Motor) with minimum 1 year sailing experience as Chief Engineer in the last 7 years.

• Superintendent Engineer (Tanker) (Max Age: 57 Years): Certificate of Competency Class 1 (Motor) with minimum 1 year sailing experience as Chief Engineer in the last 7 years on tanker vessels.

• Deputy Manager (Ship Personnel) (Max Age: 50 Years): Class I/II Certificate of Competency with 2 years of sea experience or MBA/MPA/BBA (HRM) with 5 years of HR experience.

Terms & Conditions

• Merit-based age relaxation may be considered based on relevant industry experience.

• Candidates working in government organizations must provide a mandatory NOC.

• Appointments will be made on a contract basis for an initial period of two years, extendable by mutual consent.

• Selected candidates will receive a market-competitive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, and no TA/DA or expenses will be payable.

• Quotas for minorities, persons with disabilities, women, and regional representations (including Balochistan) will be observed as per federal government guidelines.
