Job Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria

1. Tech-I (Mechanical / Chemical / Telecom)

• Pay Scale: Equivalent to BPS-10

• Required Qualification: 3 years DAE (Mechanical, Chemical, or Telecom) in 1st Division from a recognized Polytechnic Institute.

2. Scientific Assistant-I (Physics)

• Pay Scale: Equivalent to BPS-10

• Required Qualification: B.Sc. or a 2-year Associate Degree in Science (ADS) in 1st Division, with Physics as a compulsory subject.

3. Jr. Assistant-I (Admin / Stores)

• Pay Scale: Equivalent to BPS-10

• Required Qualification: BCS, BBA (such as HRM, Marketing, IT, or Supply Chain Management) 2-year degree in 1st Division, OR BA, B.Sc., or a 2-year Associate Degree in Science (ADS) in 1st Division, or equivalent qualifications matching HEC standards.

4. Tech-II (Mechanical / Chemical)

• Pay Scale: Equivalent to BPS-08

• Required Qualification & Experience: * Option A: F.Sc. (Pre-Engineering) in 1st Division.

  • Option B: Matric with Science (1st Division) along with a 2-year apprenticeship/certificate, 2 years of relevant experience, and passing a skill test.

5. Scientific Assistant-II

• Pay Scale: Equivalent to BPS-08

• Required Qualification: F.Sc. in 1st Division.

6. Tech-III (Carpenter)

• Pay Scale: Equivalent to BPS-06

• Required Qualification & Experience: * Option A: Matric with Science (Minimum 2nd Division with at least 50% marks) and 6 years of relevant experience.

  • Option B: Matric with Science (Minimum 2nd Division with at least 50% marks) along with a 1-year technical course (technical/drafting) and 5 years of relevant experience.

7. Special Vehicle Operator-III (Fork Lifter Operator)

• Pay Scale: Equivalent to BPS-08

• Required Qualification & Experience: Matric with a valid HTV Civil Driving License, passing a trade test in operating the relevant vehicle, and 3 years of experience as a Fork Lifter Operator. For ex-servicemen, a minimum T.T. Class II course in operating the relevant vehicle is required. Height requirement is at least 168 cm.

8. Driver-III

• Pay Scale: Equivalent to BPS-06

• Required Qualification & Experience: Matric with a valid civil Driving License containing both LTV and HTV designations, alongside 3 years of driving experience. Minimum height requirement is 168 cm.

General Instructions, Terms & Conditions

• Job Nature: The announced positions are purely temporary at first but are highly likely to continue for an indefinite period.

• Benefits: Employment includes a Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) and Provident Fund (PF) scheme as per prevailing organization policies.

• Academic Criteria: For posts where a 1st Division is mandatory in the final degree, only one 2nd Division across the entire academic profile (from Matriculation onwards) is acceptable for candidate eligibility.

• Age Limit: The upper age limit is 35 years on the closing date. Age relaxation may be granted according to established rules.

• Government Employees: Candidates already employed in Government or Semi-Government sectors must provide a proper No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer during the test/interview phase.

• Posting Location: The initial place of posting is Islamabad, though selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan over the course of their service.

• Testing Expenses: No TA/DA will be provided to candidates appearing for tests or interviews.
