General Qualifications and Requirements

To ensure eligibility for these positions, candidates should review the following general criteria mentioned in the official notice:

• Educational Standards: Qualifications range from Middle, Matric (Science), and F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) to B.Sc. and 3-year Diplomas of Associate Engineer (DAE).

• Division Requirements: Preference is given to candidates with a 1st Division in their final degree or certificate. Only one 2nd Division in the entire academic career is typically acceptable.

• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years of age.

• Age Relaxation: Age limits and qualification requirements may be relaxed for candidates with significant technical expertise, especially those with experience in shutdowns or turnaround maintenance of chemical/petrochemical/power plants.

• Certification: All educational certificates and diplomas must be obtained from Government-recognized institutions.

Interested candidates should appear in person with their original documents and one set of attested photocopies.

• Location: Parking Area Near THAL Engineering, Plot No. 27 & 28, Opposite Qayyumabad C Area, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.

• Schedule: Interviews are scheduled from May 12, 2026, to May 19, 2026, starting at 09:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. depending on the post.
