Applications are invited from eligible male and female residents of Gilgit-Baltistan for 349 vacant positions of Foot Constable (BS-07) in the Gilgit Baltistan Police. Candidates who applied previously do not need to submit fresh applications.

List of Vacancies & Details

• Constable (BS-07): 349 total vacancies available on open merit for candidates across all districts of Gilgit-Baltistan.

  • Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (calculated up to the closing date of 21 September 2026).

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Matriculation (SSC) from a recognized board.

  • Physical Standards (Male): Minimum height 5 feet 7 inches; Chest 33 to 34.5 inches (with expansion).

  • Physical Standards (Female): Minimum height 5 feet 2 inches.

  • Running Test (Male): 1 mile in 6 minutes and 30 seconds.

  • Running Test (Female): 1 mile in 10 minutes.

Terms & Conditions

• No relaxation will be granted in age, education, or physical standards unless specified.

• A 5 percent quota is reserved for minorities; if minority candidates are unavailable, these will be added to the general recruitment pool.

• Serving government employees must apply through proper channels and provide a NOC.

• Any candidate suffering from severe illness, contagious diseases, or physical/visual impairments will be declared medically unfit during medical examination.

• Deposit the processing and documentation fee of Rs. 700/- using any 1Link member bank, ATM, internet banking, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash via the 24-digit PSID number generated on the portal.

• Upload clear scanned copies of your Matric certificate, NADRA-issued CNIC, local/domicile certificate, police verification certificate, and a recent passport-size photograph.
