The Power Information Technology Company (PITC), a state-owned enterprise based in WAPDA House, Lahore, is seeking a highly qualified professional for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Director Finance. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the financial strategy, budgeting, and corporate governance of a company that drives digital transformation for Pakistan's power sector (DISCOs, GENCOs, and NTDC).

Job Profile and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will oversee the company's entire financial management spectrum. Key duties include financial planning, treasury management, ensuring internal financial controls, and maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance frameworks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Qualification: Applicants must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants (CA, CPA, ACCA, or ACMA). Alternatively, candidates with a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (with a minimum first division throughout their academic career) from an HEC-recognized institution are eligible.

• Experience: A minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, or auditing. This must include at least 3 years in a senior financial management role within a medium to large-scale organization.

• Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 55 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

Key Employment Details

• Location: The position is based in Lahore, though the incumbent may be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan.

• Appointment Type: This is a three-year contract appointment, extendable based on performance and company requirements.
