Available PPMC Positions

I. Team Lead (DISCOs)

• Key Focus: Monitoring performance, line losses, and recovery for Distribution Companies (DISCOs); developing dashboards and strategic roadmaps.

• Education: CA / ACMA / ACCA / CIMA / CFA OR MSc in Electrical/Electronics/Physics with an MBA.

• Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in the Power Sector.

• Age Limit: Maximum 52 years.

II. Specialist (Human Resource)

• Key Focus: Workforce planning, performance management (KPIs), HRIS (Oracle/SAP), and compensation/benefit structuring.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. HR Certification (SHRM/CIPD) is preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a national/multinational organization.

• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.

III. Assistant Specialist Admin

• Key Focus: Day-to-day office administration, procurement support, payroll assistance, travel/transport management, and facility maintenance.

• Education: 16 years of education (Bachelors Hons or Masters) in Business/Public Administration or Management Sciences.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a national/multinational organization.

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
