Terms & Conditions

• Contract Duration: Positions are filled purely on a temporary basis under PPHI-B for one year initially, extendable upon an annual performance report.

• Domicile Preference: Local domicile holders of Balochistan will be given preference.

• Allowances & Benefits: In addition to the base salary and Telehealth allowance, Risk Allowance and Pay for Performance (P4P) shall be admissible as per PPHI-B rules and policies.

• Re-application Rule: Applicants who previously applied under older advertisements must apply fresh on the new PPHI-Balochistan job portal.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test and interview.

• Document Verification: Candidature will be rejected if any document is found ineligible during scrutiny.

• TA/DA Allowance: No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test/interview.

• Company Rights: PPHI-B reserves the right to amend, cancel, or modify the hiring process or the number of posts at any stage.
