Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • For Attendant and Aya/Female Attendant positions, candidates must possess at least a Primary Pass qualification.

  • Candidates must be permanent local residents of the specific Union Council or area where the health facility is located.

• Age Limit: The required age limit for all advertised positions is 18 to 45 years.

• Benefits: PPHI Sindh offers an attractive salary package along with regular benefits such as Provident Fund, EOBI, and Life & Medical Insurance. A Hard Area Allowance, Night Shift Allowance, etc., will also be provided where applicable.

• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the exact criteria will be contacted for the test or interview.

• Documents Required: Candidates must bring their original documents—including CNIC, educational certificates/degrees, Domicile, and PRC—at the time of the interview.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test or interview.

• Policy: PPHI Sindh maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of harassment or exploitation in the workplace.
