PPHI Sindh, a public sector company incorporated under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 (formerly Companies Ordinance, 1984), has released a recruitment advertisement seeking dynamic and motivated individuals holding a valid Sindh domicile. Positions are available on a contract basis across various primary healthcare facilities, Basic Health Units (BHU), Rural Health Centers (RHC), and Government Dispensaries (GD) located in multiple districts of Sindh.

Terms & Conditions

• Domicile & Residence: Candidates must possess a domicile of Sindh. For the post of Aya / Female Attendant, applicants must be local residents of the same Union Council living in the vicinity of the advertised facility (Age limit: 18–45 years).

• Benefits & Allowances: In addition to salary, benefits such as Provident Fund, EOBI, and Health & Medical Insurance will be provided. Medical & para-medical staff may also be awarded hard area allowances, cluster allowances, evening/night shift allowances, and holiday compensation allowances as per terms and conditions.

• Test/Interview Eligibility: Only 'Registered & Eligible' candidates will be allowed to appear for the test/interview.

• Original Documents: All candidates must bring their original documents—including CNIC, Degrees/Diplomas, Experience Certificates, PRC, and Domicile—on the date of the test/interview.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be given for attending the test or interview.

• Company Rights: PPHI Sindh reserves the right to amend or cancel the hiring process at any stage without prior notice.

• PSEA Policy: PPHI Sindh maintains a zero-tolerance policy for sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA). Any involvement in such acts will result in immediate termination.
