Syllabus for Written Examination

For most BS-17 positions, the written test will consist of a single MCQ-type paper (100 marks, 90 minutes). The breakdown usually follows two patterns:

• Professional Posts: 100% weightage given to qualification-related questions.

• General/Admin Posts: 80% qualification-related and 20% General Ability (General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, etc.).

Important Guidelines for Applicants

• Age Relaxation: General age relaxation is already included in the upper age limit mentioned in the ad.

• Equivalence: Candidates with foreign degrees or "equivalent" qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate from HEC or the QEDC at the time of the interview.
