The Office of the Project Director, Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) – PHED Gravity Flow Water Supply Scheme District Mansehra, Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has published an official recruitment notification. Online applications are invited from eligible candidates holding a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for various project-based positions purely on a contract basis under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Implementation Policy 2022. Qualified candidates seeking engineering, administrative, financial, and clerical government jobs in Mansehra are encouraged to apply online through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) portal before the closing deadline.

Terms & Conditions

1. Contract Nature: The employment is purely on a contract basis initially for a period of one (01) year, extendable on a yearly basis till the project life/completion, subject to satisfactory performance per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Implementation Policy 2022. No claim for regular employment upon project completion will be entertained.

2. ETEA Screening Test: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Scrutiny Committee, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.

3. NADRA E-Sahulat Verification: All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. Before applying/depositing fees, candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's portal and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise/kiosk. Applications cannot be submitted without this verification.

4. Document Verification: Interview call letters will be issued strictly to shortlisted candidates who will be required to submit verified photocopies of educational documents before the interview. Original documents will be checked during the interview.

5. Interview Notification: Shortlisted candidates will be notified via SMS/phone call. All applicants must provide a valid mobile number (non-ported).

6. Experience Validity: Experience from government or semi-government institutions duly verified by the head of the concerned institution will be acceptable only.

7. Eligibility Deadline: Candidates must fulfill all eligibility criteria on or before the closing date for applications.

8. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.

9. Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.

10. Government Employees: Candidates currently working in Government/Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channels and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

11. Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate online applications and pay separate processing fees for each position.

12. Authority Rights: The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process altogether by assigning a cogent reason.

13. Duties & Transfer: Duties and responsibilities will be as per the approved PC-1 within PMU District Mansehra. No transfer requests to other districts will be entertained at any stage.

14. No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will be admissible for the test or interview.

15. Equivalency: In the case of foreign degrees, equivalency certificates from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the desired post online.

2. After successful submission of the online application form, print the generated online deposit slip containing the token number, project code, and applicant details.

3. Deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through the EasyPaisa app/agent, any branch of UBL Bank, or via UBL OMNI agent.

4. Retain the original candidate-copy deposit slip stamped by the bank/agent safely; do not share it with anyone.

5. Do not send physical documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Qualified candidates will be asked to submit document copies by the Appointing Authority when required for scrutiny.

6. Roll Number Slips will be downloaded from www.etea.edu.pk. Notification will be sent via SMS (do not use ported/converted mobile numbers).

7. Test date, time, and venue details will be specified on the Roll No. Slip. No separate call letters will be issued via postal/courier services.
