The Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Office of the Chief Engineer (Center), Peshawar, has announced new employment opportunities. Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding a valid KPK domicile for multiple regular positions.

Recruitment will be processed through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA) to ensure complete merit and transparency.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates wishing to apply for the Sub Engineer position must fulfill the following specific requirements by the final closing date:

1. Educational Qualification

• Required Diploma: Minimum of a Second Division Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Technology.

• Recognition: The diploma must be obtained from an institute recognized by the Punjab/KPK Board of Technical Education or any other official state board of technical education.

• Important Note: Degrees or diplomas obtained from un-accredited or unrecognized institutions will not be accepted. For foreign qualifications, an equivalent certificate issued by the HEC must be provided.

2. Age Limit

• Age Bracket: Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years old.

• Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be granted to eligible categories as per the existing Government of KPK recruitment rules and policies.

3. Total Vacancies & Zonal Quota Allocations

There are a total of 38 regular posts distributed transparently across different quotas and regional zones as follows:

• Disable Quota: 01 post

• Women Quota: 02 posts

• Minority Quota: 07 posts

• Zone-1 Allocation: 02 posts

• Zone-2 Allocation: 07 posts

• Zone-5 Allocation: 07 posts

• Zone-6 Allocation: 12 posts

How to Apply Step-by-Step via ETEA

1. Profile Creation: Visit the ETEA official website at www.etea.edu.pk to create your digital candidate profile.

2. NADRA Verification: Print the E-Sahulat token from your dashboard and verify your identity at a nearby NADRA franchise.

3. Online Submission: Submit your online application for the Sub Engineer position. The online application form will be active starting 1st June, 2026.

4. Challan Fee Generation: After filling the application, download and print the system-generated online deposit slip featuring your unique token number and project code.

5. Fee Payment: Deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) via the EasyPaisa app, an authorized EasyPaisa agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.

6. Receipt Documentation: Retain the original consumer copy of the paid deposit slip with yourself. Do not post or share your slip with anyone.

7. No Hardcopies Required: Do not mail any documents or credentials to the ETEA office at this stage. Documents will only be collected from successful candidates who clear the initial screening test.

8. Application Deadline: The last date to complete your online registration and deposit the processing fee is 25th June, 2026.

9. Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be notified via automated SMS to download and print their Roll Number Slips from the ETEA portal. Ensure your active mobile number is not ported or converted to another network.
