The Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division (Dev), Tando Muhammad Khan, has officially announced new employment opportunities for non-technical positions ranging from BPS-01 to BPS-04. Applications are invited for initial recruitment/appointment from candidates who are permanent residents and hold a valid domicile of District Tando Muhammad Khan.

This recruitment drive follows the approved policy of the Government of Sindh and cabinet decisions aimed at strengthening municipal and public engineering setups. Successful candidates can look forward to a stable and rewarding career path within the provincial government structure.

Terms & Conditions

Candidates planning to apply for these positions must thoroughly review the following instructions and eligibility parameters outlined in 307088.jpg:

• Age Limit: The basic age criteria for applicants is set between 18 and 28 years. However, a general age relaxation of up to five (05) years in the upper age limit will be allowed as per the prevailing rules of the Government of Sindh.

• Domicile Restriction: This recruitment is strictly limited to candidates possessing a local Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of District Tando Muhammad Khan.

• Quota Allocations: Reserved quotas will be strictly maintained according to government policy: 15% for women, 5% for minorities, and 5% for disabled individuals. Furthermore, a distribution of 60% Rural and 40% Urban quotas will be implemented.

• Job Status: The positions are initially offered on a temporary basis but will become permanent upon successful completion of the mandatory probation period under the Sindh Service (Appointment, Promotion & Transfers) Rules, 1973.

• In-Service Applicants: Current Government employees must apply through the proper channel via their parent departments.

• Departmental Rights: The authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies at any stage, and the decision cannot be legally challenged.

• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a written test or interview. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test or interview. All appointments will be made strictly on merit and transparency.

1. Prepare the Application Form: Draw or print the application format provided in the advertisement, ensuring it captures all necessary fields (Name, CNIC, Father's Name, DOB, Qualification, Experience, Domicile, Postal Address, Contact Number, and Signature).

2. Attach Mandatory Documents: Compile your finalized application form along with the following:

   • Two (02) recent passport-size photographs (to be pasted on the form).

   • Attested copies of CNIC.

   • Attested copies of Domicile and PRC.

   • Attested copies of Educational qualifications and relevant Experience Certificates (if required).
