The Office of the Executive Engineer (Dev.) Public Health Engineering Division Thatta has officially released a situations vacant notice for initial recruitment against BPS-01 to BPS-04 positions. Candidates possessing a domicile of District Thatta are invited to apply for these basic pay scale opportunities within the Sindh government sector.

Appointments will initially be made on a purely temporary basis and will be made permanent after successful completion of the probation period as provided under the Sindh Civil Servants rules. Eligible candidates fulfilling the basic education and experience criteria are encouraged to submit their applications within the given timeline.

Terms & Conditions

1. Applicants must hold a domicile of District Thatta.

2. Age limit for all posts is 18 to 28 years. General age relaxation of 05 years in the upper age limit will be provided as per Government Policy/Rules in vogue (vide notification No. SOIII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) Karachi, dated 06th March 2025).

3. Quotas for Women, Minorities, and Disabled persons will be observed according to Sindh Government Policy.

4. The vacancies are purely temporary and will be made permanent after the successful completion of the probation period as provided under the Sindh Service (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1973.

5. Candidates already in government service must apply through proper channels.

6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

7. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the test or interview.

8. Recruitment will be made strictly on merit and transparency.

9. The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the vacancies without assigning any reason.
