Eligibility and Candidate Profile

This is a senior leadership role requiring a blend of academic excellence and extensive field experience. Key requirements include:

• Education: A Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering from an HEC-recognized local or foreign institution.

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including senior leadership roles in financial, public/private sectors, or international development agencies.

• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 40 and 62 years of age.

• Skills: Expertise in infrastructure management, stakeholder engagement (Federal and Provincial), corporate governance, and strategy formulation.
