The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) is an autonomous regulatory body established under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Ordinance, 2002. Operating under the federal government, PPRA ensures transparency, accountability, and efficiency across public procurement processes. PPRA has established a Pool of Independent Procurement Experts and invites qualified professionals from public, private, and development sectors to join this pool. Selected experts will be engaged by procuring agencies on an assignment basis for committees like Bid Evaluation, Grievance Redressal, Third-Party Validation, Inspection, and Disposal.

List of Vacancies & Eligibility Details

• (Pool of Independent Procurement Experts): Minimum 16 years of education/professional certification in relevant fields with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.

Terms & Conditions

• Candidates must possess professional certification and/or licensing from recognized professional bodies, which is mandatory.

• Individuals with demonstrated experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain/logistics will be given preference.

• This is an assignment-based engagement, and remuneration will be paid by the borrowing procuring agency as per PPRA prescribed limits.
