A Public Sector Department, Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Chief Commissioner Mines Labour Welfare Khyber Pakhtunkhwa), invites online applications from eligible candidates of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for regular positions. Educational assessment and recruitment screening tests will be conducted through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

Terms & Conditions

• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.

• Applicants must create a profile on the ETEA website, print an E-Sahulat token, and verify their CNIC No. at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise before applying. Applications submitted without NADRA verification will not be processed.

• Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will be screened for relevance according to the eligibility criteria.

• Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

• Applicants must fulfill all eligibility criteria on or before the closing date.

• Incomplete applications, submissions after the due date, or applications with fake documents will be rejected at any recruitment stage.

• Age relaxation is admissible under existing Government Rules.

• Candidates currently working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.

• Separate applications and fees are required if applying for more than one position.

• The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies with cogent reasons.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.

• Equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided for foreign degrees.

• Errors or omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply

• Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to complete the online application process.

• Upon successful online submission, generate and print the online deposit slip containing your token number, project code, and candidate details.

• Pay the non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa app, an Easypaisa agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.

• Retain the original deposit slip (candidate copy) stamped by the bank after successful fee submission.

• Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online. Testimonials and documents will be requested from qualified candidates for scrutiny when required.

• Roll No. Slips will be made available for download on www.etea.edu.pk, and candidates will be notified via SMS (do not provide ported or converted mobile numbers).

• Test date, time, and venue details will be specified on the Roll No. Slip. No physical call letters will be dispatched via post or courier.
