Eligibility and Duty Stations

• Senior Management (Specialists & Managers): Requires an MBBS/MPH or Master’s degree in relevant social sciences or communications. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is mandatory.

• Coordination & Logistics: Requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Development Studies. Experience with international donors (UN, USAID, World Bank) is highly preferred for the Coordinator role.

• Technical & Admin (Officers & Operators): Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or Social Sciences. Experience levels range from 1 to 5 years.

• Medical Technicians: Requires Graduation or a Diploma in Medical Technician with 3 years of experience. Duty Stations include Quetta, Khuzdar, Kharan, Zhob, Loralai, Kech, Naseerabad, Sibi, and Dera Bugti.

• Support Staff: Requires a Middle school education.

1. Contract Basis: All appointments are purely on a contract basis.

2. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a test or interview.

3. Logistics: No TA/DA will be provided to candidates appearing for tests or interviews.

4. Authority: The Project Director reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions based on project needs.
