Terms & Conditions

• Domicile Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid domicile of Sindh or Balochistan.

• Qualification Criteria:

  • For Assistant Manager (Sr. # 1): Minimum 1st Division degree with at least 3.00/4.00 CGPA.

  • For Jr. Chargeman and Tech-II (Sr. # 2 & 3): Minimum 1st Division with at least 60% marks.

  • For Sr. # 1 to 3(i): Only one 2nd Division is allowed throughout the entire educational career; no 3rd Division is allowed.

  • Degree Recognition: Degrees, diplomas, and certificates must be from HEC, PEC, or Government-recognized institutes. Equivalence certificates from IBCC or HEC are required for A-Level, O-Level, or Foreign Degrees.

  • All prescribed educational qualifications must be acquired on or before the closing date.

• Post-Qualification Experience: Refers strictly to experience gained after obtaining the required qualification up to the closing date.

• Age Limit: Minimum age is 18 years, and the upper age limit is 35 years as calculated on the closing date. Upper age limit relaxation may be granted for specialized experience or qualifications.

• Employment Terms: Employment is offered under Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) or Provident Fund (PF) as per government policy.

• Government Employees: Candidates serving in Government or Semi-Government organizations must submit their applications through the proper channel.

• Shortlisting: Fulfilling the selection criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. If a large number of applicants meet the criteria, only the most qualified will be shortlisted.

• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
