Terms & Conditions

• Educational Criteria: Only one 2nd Division is allowed throughout the entire academic career; however, the final degree must be in 1st Division with a minimum 3.00/4.00 CGPA. No 3rd Division is acceptable.

• Recognition & Equivalence: All degrees, diplomas, and certificates must be from HEC, PEC, or Government-recognized institutes. Candidates holding A-Level/O-Level or Foreign degrees must provide equivalence certificates from IBCC/HEC clearly indicating division, percentage, or CGPA.

• Qualification & Experience Cut-Off: Prescribed educational qualifications and post-qualification experience must be acquired on or before the closing date of application submission.

• Age Limit: Minimum age limit is 18 years and upper age limit is 35 years as of the closing date. Upper age limit relaxation may be granted in cases of specialized experience or higher qualification.

• Ineligibility: Candidature of candidates who do not fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria may be canceled at any stage during selection or after appointment.

• Employment Type: Employment will be offered against Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) / Provident Fund (PF) as per government policy.

• Government Employees: Candidates currently serving in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through the proper channel.

• Shortlisting: Fulfilling minimum selection criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. Only the most qualified candidates will be shortlisted if a large number of applications are received.
