• Academic Divisions: The required degree/diploma must be in the 1st Division (minimum 2.50/4.00 CGPA in Semester System or minimum 60% marks in Annual System) for Sr. # 1. For Sr. # 2 to 5, a 1st Division with minimum 60% marks is required. Only one 2nd Division is allowed throughout the entire educational career from Sr. # 1 to 5, and no 3rd Division is acceptable.

• Degrees & Certificates: All educational certificates, degrees, and diplomas must be from HEC/PEC/Government recognized institutions. Equivalence certificates from IBCC/HEC are mandatory for A-Level, O-Level, or foreign degrees.

• Age Limits: The minimum age limit is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 35 years. The cut-off date for age calculation is the closing date of the advertisement.

• Government Servants: Candidates currently working in Government or Semi-Government organizations must apply through the proper channel.

• Retirement Benefits: Employment will be offered against Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) / Provident Fund (PF) as per prevailing government policy.

• Shortlisting: Fulfilling the selection criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. Only the most qualified candidates will be shortlisted if a large number of applications are received. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in tests or interviews.
