General Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Only Pakistani nationality holders are eligible to apply.

• Age Limit: Upper age limit is 35 years on the closing date of the advertisement. Age relaxation may be granted as per government rules.

• Academic Division Policy: Where the prescribed qualification requires a First Division in the final degree, only one 2nd Division in the entire academic career from Matriculation onwards is acceptable for eligibility.

• Qualification & Experience Completion: All educational credentials, diplomas, certificates, courses, and post-qualification experience must be fully completed by the closing date of the advertisement. Experience gained after acquiring the minimum required qualification will be considered.

• Recognized Institutions: All degrees, diplomas, and certificates must be obtained from Government-recognized institutes.

• In-Service Candidates: Applicants currently serving in Government or Semi-Government organizations must present a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of test/interview.

    • Matric with Science (1st Division) with 02 years course in relevant field from a Government recognized Institute and 02 years relevant experience; OR

    • F.Sc (Pre-Medical), preferably 1st Div with 01 year diploma in relevant field from a Government recognized Institute.

• Jr. Assistant-II (Admin) (SPS-3)

  • Pay Scale: SPS-3

  • Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

  • Qualification Required: F.A / F.Sc (1st Division) with 6 months Office Automation Course or equivalent admin-related qualifications.
