General Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Only Pakistani nationality holders are eligible to apply.

• Academic Criteria:

  • Technician-I, Civil (SPS-04): 03 years DAE (Civil) in 1st Division from a recognized Polytechnic Institute.

  • Scientific Assistant-II (SPS-3): F.Sc in 1st Division.

• Academic Division Policy: Where the prescribed qualification requires a First Division in the final degree, only one 2nd Division in the entire academic career from Matriculation onwards is acceptable for eligibility.

• Recognized Institutes: Candidates must have obtained all educational certificates, diplomas, and degrees from Government-recognized institutes.

• Experience & Completion: All requirements including degrees, certificates, courses, and post-qualification experience must be fully completed by the closing date of the advertisement. Experience acquired after obtaining the minimum prescribed qualification will be considered.

• In-Service Candidates: Applicants already employed in Government or Semi-Government Organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of test/interview.
