Vacant Positions and Eligibility

The organization is hiring for 16 different categories ranging from BPS-01 to BPS-19.

High-Level Engineering & Management Roles

• Director Transport Planning / Traffic Engineering (BPS-19): Requires an MS degree with 7 years or a BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience.

• Deputy Director (BPS-18): Requires an MS degree with 5 years or a BS degree with 7 years of relevant experience.

• Assistant Director (BPS-17): Available for Transport Planning, Traffic Engineering, and Admin & Finance.

Technical and Administrative Support

• Office Secretary (BPS-16): Bachelor's degree with Urdu/English typing (40 wpm) and computer certification.

• Computer Assistant (BPS-14): Intermediate/ICS with typing skills of 30 wpm.

• Sub-Engineer & Surveyor (BPS-11): 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil or Traffic/Transportation Technology.

• Admin & Finance Assistant (BPS-11): Higher Secondary School Certificate in Science/Commerce.

Support Staff

• Driver (BPS-04): Middle certificate with valid HTV/LTV license and 2 years of experience.

• Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, Sweeper (BPS-01): Literate candidates are eligible to apply.

Terms and Conditions

• Contract Duration: Initially for three (3) years, extendable based on performance.

• Probation: All appointees will serve a six-month probation period.

• Selection Process: For BPS-05 and above, candidates must pass a written test before the interview. For BPS-01 to BPS-04, selection is based on interviews only.

• Fixed Pay: Selected candidates will receive a fixed pay as approved for the respective post.
